Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Boxmar Logistics Transportation Co. Ltd. ("Boxmar", "we", "us", or "our"), you
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all freight forwarding, logistics, customs
brokerage, and related services provided by Boxmar.
These terms comply with FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders
Associations) standard trading conditions and are governed by Turkish law.

Services
Boxmar provides the following services as a freight forwarder and logistics provider:
International Freight Road, sea, air, rail forwarding
Tank Operations Chemical & food tank containers
Customs Clearance Import & export brokerage
Warehousing Storage & distribution
Project Cargo Heavy & oversized shipments
Multimodal Solutions Combined transport modes
Boxmar acts as an agent on behalf of the customer and is not a carrier. All services are
subject to the terms of the actual carriers, port authorities, and other service providers involved.

Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by Boxmar are:
Valid for the period specified in the quotation (typically 7–14 days)
Subject to change based on carrier rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and currency exchange rates
Exclusive of customs duties, taxes, and government fees unless explicitly stated
Based on the cargo details provided by the customer

Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information about the cargo, including weight, dimensions, value, and
nature of goods
Declare all hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations (ADR, IMDG, IATA)
Provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance
Ensure cargo is properly packed and labeled
Pay all invoices within the agreed payment terms
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Liability & Limitations
Boxmar's liability as a freight forwarder is limited as follows:
Boxmar is not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control
(force majeure)
Maximum liability is limited to the lower of: (a) the actual value of the goods, or (b) 2
SDR per kilogram of gross weight
Boxmar is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages
Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery (or expected
delivery date)
These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by
Boxmar.

Cargo Insurance
Boxmar strongly recommends that customers obtain adequate cargo insurance. Boxmar can arrange cargo
insurance upon request at the customer's expense.
Standard freight forwarder liability does not constitute full cargo insurance coverage.
We recommend insuring all shipments.

Dangerous Goods
The transport of dangerous goods is subject to strict regulations. Customers must:
Declare all dangerous goods in advance
Provide proper documentation (MSDS, dangerous goods declaration)
Ensure proper packaging and labeling per ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations
Obtain all necessary permits and approvals

Late payments are subject to interest at the Turkish Central Bank's commercial loan rate
Boxmar has a lien on all goods in its possession until all outstanding charges are
paid

Intellectual Property
All content on the Boxmar website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of
Boxmar and is protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce,
distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Dispute Resolution
First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
If unresolved, submitted to the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices
Governed by Turkish law

Amendments
Boxmar reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon
posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new
terms.
Last updated: January 1, 2026. These terms are effective as of the date above.
